About Josh O'Neal & Associates
Legal challenges can disrupt your life and threaten the things you care about most — like your health, your family or your financial well-being. At Josh O'Neal & Associates, we have dedicated our practice to helping people in Cullman County and the surrounding areas solve their legal problems so they can move forward and focus on what really matters.
We assist clients with bankruptcy, claims for disability benefits, workers’ compensation claims, personal injury, family law, and estate planning. Our attorneys have been practicing in northern Alabama for years, which means we are familiar with the laws, courts, judges and opposing lawyers who will shape your case.
As local attorneys, we care deeply about providing effective representation that puts our clients first — not rushing them through the process like a larger chain firm.
A Proven Team Of Problem Solvers
We assist clients with a full range of issues, taking a team approach that draws on the experience and background of each of our attorneys. Our lawyers all have different strengths, but are united in their dedication to fiercely advocate for clients.
